One more just for you:

  Pack 1 pick 1:

Several good cards in this pack. I think the 2 strongest are both planeswalkers. I don't know how good is Nissa in cube but Elspeth is one of my favourite planeswalkers and even though I want to try Nissa, it will have to be on another time.

  My Pick:

  Pack 1 pick 2:

The white cards are weak so it's between FoW, Preordain and the fetchland. I really like FoW because it allows you to tapout and catch them by surprise.

  My Pick:

  Pack 1 pick 3:

I think Ponder is the best card for me here since all other blue or white cards are either not what I want for a UW control or not high priority.

  My Pick:

  Pack 1 pick 4:

I love Gilded Lotus but from my experience, in these control decks it ends up not being good enough. Dissipate is replaceable but Solemn is ramp, a blocker and card advantage.

  My Pick:

  Pack 1 pick 5:

Dismiss sometimes is too slow but other times it's very good. I don't want looter and Nyx is a sideboard card that I wouldn't mind wheeling.

  My Pick:

  Pack 1 pick 6:

Soul seems like a decent finisher but it's certainly not the best one. Specter is too hard to cast in UW and I simply don't like Auger. Condemn is decent removal so I took it.

  My Pick:

  Pack 1 pick 7:

  Pack 1 pick 9:

Impulse is good but there are more cards like that while mind control effects aren't as common.

  Pack 1 pick 12:

Having one Disenchant effect is always good but it's still early I can grab one later. Celestial Flare tends to be underwhelming and Unexpectedly Absent has been decent for me.

  Pack 2 pick 1:

A very good pack for me. Both Mind Stone and Chalice would be good, Tiding is very good and even Oust is playable but I just love Forbid. It's one of the best counterspells in cube and with Thieving Magpie it can sorta lock them, making it very difficult for them to resolve anything.

  My Pick:

  Pack 2 pick 2:

I think Faith's Fetters is really good and the fetchland would be great and Sphere is fixing and acceleration. I just passed 2 of the 2 mana artifact ramp so I wanna make sure I have at least 1.

  My Pick:

  Pack 2 pick 3:

Here I took Narcolepsy and hoping to wheel Dismantling Blow. Riders is not for this deck.

  My Pick:

  Pack 2 pick 4:

Teferi and Meloku are nice but I have 0 wrath effects so I have to take Verdict.

  My Pick:

  Pack 2 pick 5:

Another chance at a fetchland but I don't have any duals to get and Hussar is pretty good.

  My Pick:

  Pack 2 pick 6:

Another free counter!

  My Pick:

  Pack 2 pick 7:

Celestial Purge is good for the SB but Wall can be played maindeck and it buys a lot of time.

  My Pick:

  Pack 2 pick 8:

  Pack 2 pick 9:

A really difficult decision. I really want 2 artifact mana but Tidings is very tempting. I ended up taking Chalice hoping to find some card draw in the third pack.

  My Pick:

  Pack 2 pick 10:

I still have no Duals so I opted for Fetters.

I like Vesuvan Shapeshifter but a second wrath is more important.

  Pack 3 pick 2:

Now I get to take a very good card draw.

I need fixing but Cryptic is too good to pass.

  Pack 3 pick 7:

With several good spells already, Snapcaster seems insane.

  My Pick:

  Pack 3 pick 8:

I didn't want too many double white cards and I already have a 6 mana creature so I took Image.

 Here's the deck:

M1G1:

Forbid dominated this game since he didn't have a fast start.

M1G2:

Scepter with Red Elemental Blast would have been insane if it wasn't for Faith's Fetters. But since I had it and had used Repeal before, I basically got a 3 for 1, gained 4 life and wasted his first few turns so I easily won.

M2G1:

My hand wasn't great but I had already faced a monored so the odds of facing a fast deck were lower and Visions would probably put me back into the game. He went all in with his Terrastodon and I couldn't find a wrath after seeing several cards and lost.

M2G2:

I managed to counter all his relevant spells and wrath the board to take over the game with Elspeth.

M2G3:

When I used Cryptic to bounce Mirari's Wake I should have used Repeal but in the end it didn't matter. I kept countering his stuff and eventually won.

After this round I finally noticed I had joined a single elimination cube instead of a swiss!

M3G1:

The game seemed won from very early on. The only thing I feared was him reanimating Iona so I always kept mana open to counter a possible reanimate spell.

M3G2:

Obzedat gave me some trouble but the Wall eventually allowed me to stay at the same life every turn and I was able to deal with the big ghost and win.

Another 3-0 and even better than it was in a single elimination draft. I hope you enjoyed this.
