Hello and welcome again to my second Sudo Infinity Article!
As of lately I’ve been coming home from work exhausted and just haven’t had the effort to do much testing. Once we got some time, my buddy(Luke) and I started to rethink the deck. The last lists of the deck had no chance against anything with Force of Wills or Counterspells. With this new version of the deck, it can deal with them! Not only does it improve the match-up against blue mages, it also improves on the consistency(removal of Gamble) of the deck. So without further ado:
So if you notice, here are the changes from the first list: OUTS
-1 Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
-4 Desperate Ritual
-3 Gamble
-1 Through the Breach INS
+4 Thoughtseize
+2 Duress
+3 Spoils of the Vault
Thoughtseize and Duress are kind of a given. Allowing you to “Peek” at your opponents hand to see if it is safe to go off or not.
Spoils of the Vault was a crazy addition after going through the ban and restricted list of Legacy. I noticed how Demonic Consultation was banned, but then I remembered there was a card similar to it. It was the same casting cost, but had a minor draw back. Seeing as in Legacy paying a large amount of life is not that important, it seemed like a perfect fit. Thus the glorious addition to this deck.
I also put in new lands and a 1x Taiga for Firespout.
I have not done too much testing of this version yet because I’ve been hooked on Standard as of lately. Once I get some more time I will be back to testing this bad-boy out. Also, I’m looking into building this in paper, so hopefully I’ll get that done soon.
Sideboard: Ingot Chewer - this looks better than Shattering Spree because anyone can bring in Pithing Needles, so at least you get a 3/3 beater when they don’t bring them in. At worst you get to blow up a Vial too against aggressive decks. Also he’s another dude to cast off of Hellcarver Demon. Through the Breach - Against Zoo and Mono-Red you don’t want Spoils in your deck. So these come back in. Firespout - I upgraded this from Pyroclasm to help better the fight against Zoo, Goblins, Death and Taxes, and Fish. Desperate Ritual - This is for when you need to be a little more aggressive with speed. Such as in the Mono Red match-up.
Match-Ups(these were just copied and pasted from my last article, but with some added information): Affinity
Game 1 - Toss an Eldrazi at them ASAP and they lose.
Games 2 and 3 - They will normally board in Pithing Needles and/or Ethersworn Cannonists.
In: +4 Ingot Chewer +2 Desperate Ritual
Out: -2 Duress -4 Thoughtseize
ANT
Game 1 and 2 and 3 - I'm not sure how fast this deck can now go off due to the banning of their Tutor, but if they get a quick start your done for. Just hope they stumble so you can toss an Eldrazi at them and they are so far set back that they can't win. But having some hand disruption should help out.
In: Nothing
Out: Nothing
Goblins
Game 1 - You just need to slam down an Eldrazi by turns 3-4 and your golden.
Games 2 and 3 - Ingot Chewers for Vials and Needles, Firespout to reset the board so you can buy some time. Through the Breach to get around Needle.
In: +4 Ingot Chewer +4 Firespout +1 Through the Breach
Out: -4 Thoughtseize -2 Duress -3 Spoils of the Vault
Decks with Counter Spells(Bant, Merfolk, ...anything with Daze and Force of Will)
Game 1 - You will try and play the “do you have it?” game. But at least this time we have some hand disruption to help out and see if they “have it.”
Games 2 and 3 - In theory Bitterblossom is great. You can easily cast it on turn 1 or you can “peek” at their hand and cast it on turn 2 or 3.
In: Nothing
Out: Nothing
ReAnimator
Game 1 - You try to mess with their hand and hope to land a Sneak Attack early, then Cross your fingers.
Games 2 and 3 -
In: +2 Faerie Macabre
Out: -2 Through the Breach
Death and Taxes
Game 1 - This is in your favor. If they don't know what your trying to do, they will tap their Karakas and you can punish them for doing so.
Games 2 and 3 - Bring in some Chewers and Spouts because in comes their cannonists and if they're green they will bring in gaddock teeg too.
In: +3 Ingot Chewer +4 Firespout +1 Pithing Needle(for Karakas)
Out: -2 Duress -4 Thoughtseize -2 Through the Breach
Enchantress
Game 1 - They can rarely stop you from slapping down an Eldrazi. So just do so ASAP and you should have the game locked up.
Games 2 and 3 - They don't really have much to stop you... so just in case, bring in something to get rid of annoying artifacts.
In: +3 Ingot Chewer
Out: -2 Duress -1 Through the Breach
Zoo
Game 1 - This is an easy win for you. They have little to no disruption to deal with you. Just like all the others, slap down an Eldrazi and watch for profits.
Games 2 and 3 - I've seen a lot of Zoo decks bring in Cannonists and Gaddock Teegs so again...
In: +3 Firespout +3 Ingot Chewer +1 Through the Breach
Out: -4 Thoughtseize -2 Duress -1 Spoils of the Vault
***A point that I didn't make last time was you mull quite a bit. You are trying to find either a Sneak Attack, Through the Breach or Spoils with some lands or acceleration. Drawing your creatures is pretty easy since you have a boat load of them.***
These two videos are older games. So I decided to not show Games 2 and 3 in the first video because I was running a different board (with pyroblasts). So to take some confusion out of it, I just opted to remove the last two games. These games are just examples of how I mulliganing and kind of how they play out. Hope you enjoy!

That's it for Legacy... On to the Standard Scene:
I've been having Jund fever because I realized there are a lot of people who don't know how to play against the Mirror or the other decks at all. Not to mention, you will sometimes open those hands that just do dumb things.
I realize a lot of people dislike Jund, but that's one of the best aspects of it, I believe. Jund has good match-ups with every deck, everyone knows that it has a power level of over 9,000!. Some matches require sideboard slots, others just crumble to a Thrinax
This is 73/75 cards from Yuuta Takahashi's Top 8 - Grand Prix: Manila list. The only thing I didn't agree with (or at least on MTGO) was he had 2 Deathmark, 2 Doom Blade. I don't like Deathmark all that much, so I just made those Doom Blades considering they do the same thing in the same matches but for one mana more. Deathmark is dead against Mono-Red or R/B and since MTGO has a pretty big red scene, Doom Blades help out quite a bit.
Match-Ups:
Jund (Mirror)
Game 1 - The Mirrors are all about Thrinaxes and Sarkhans. Cast as many of them as you can as early as you can.
Games 2 and 3 - Pretty much the same thing, except we're going to mess with our opponents hand a bit.
Out: -4 Maelstrom Pulse
In: +1 Sarkhan the Mad +2 Mind Rot +1 Duress
U/W
Game 1 - Turn 2 Putrid Leech is pretty important, but if you have Thrinaxes in your opener, you should be ok as long as you have some removal.
Game 2 and 3 - This is when things get fun. Disrupt their hand, needle their walkers, watch them cry.
Out: -2 Master of the Wild Hunt -3 Bituminous Blast -2 Master of the Wild Hunt -2 Terminate -4 Lightning Bolt
In: +4 Duress +2 Mind Rot +2 Pithing Needle +4 Doomblade +1 Sarkhan the Mad
NLB (Next Level Bant)
Game 1 - They don't like Leeches or Master of the Wild Hunts. Make sure you save your pulses for pesky planeswalkers.
Games 2 and 3 - Pretty much the same thing except you get some help.
Out: -4 Blightning -3 Bituminous Blast -2 Terminate
In: +2 Master of the Wild Hunt +4 Doomblade +2 Pithing Needle +1 Sarkhan the Mad
Mythic Conscription
Game 1 - As long as you get some removal in your opener, you should be ok. Otherwise you are pretty much dead.
Games 2 and 3 - Same as game 1. REMOVAL REMOVAL REMOVAL!
Out: -4 Blightning -2 Sarkhan the Mad
In: +4 Doom Blade +2 Master of the Wild Hunt
Polymorph
Game 1 - Don't worry about casting your late game spells. Just play your early ones like Putrid Leech, Thrinax, and Bloodbraids(depending if you were on the play or draw) and leave up removal.
Games 2 and 3 - The same thing, except this time you get to board out your big spells.
Out: -4 Blightning -2 Sarkhan the Mad -2 Bituminous Blast (-1 more Bituminous Blast if on the play)
In: +4 Doom Blade +4 Duress (+1 Master of the Wild Hunt if your on the play)
Red Deck (LOSES!)
Game 1 - Be happy to trade your Leeches for just about anything. Never pump if they have at least 1 Red Mana open, ever. Removal is good, Thrinaxes are good, Bloodbraids let you attack without worrying about death.
Games 2 and 3 - Pretty much the same thing as game one just like against all the other decks.
Out: -4 Blightning -2 Sarkhan the Mad
In: +4 Doom Blade +2 Master of the Wild Hunt
WHEN YOU SEE VENGEVINES, ALWAYS BOARD OUT YOUR BLIGHTNINGS! ALWAYS!Not enough people do this and it's sooooo annoying to watch. When you make them discard him, he evolves into Revenge-vine.

Also, if anyone is interested, I love talking about the "Financial Scene" of new sets and how to go about making profit from it. I did something similar for Rise of Eldrazi and my article as well as blog site(which has been taken down) was sponsored on Monday Night Magic. A little teaser: I accumulated over 135 Tickets in 3 days. If anyone is interested in this type of thing, leave a comment please. If I get enough people, I'll make sure to dedicate an article or two to it.
That's all I have for this time. I'll try and get some videos of Jund in for next time. When things shift in the Legacy scene, I'll try the deck out in Daily Events.
I cleared the Sudo spelling through him first, I changed the spelling the last time we ran an article of his, and this time kept it inline with the play on his screen name.

I'm guessing you didn't notice you have 3 Through the Breach in the Deck and 2 in the sideboard :/ It is probably pretty tough to have 5 in there ;)
Oops, I had 4 Spoils of the Vault in the deck at first. Then I took it down to 3 and added in a Through the Breach. It must have just slipped my mind.
I'm assuming that 'Sudo Infinity' is some play on Psuedo?
its a play on pseudo based on his SN Sudeki___

I appreciate it. Thank you. :)
