Inquisition of Kozilek is a new card in Rise of the Eldrazi set. It develops theme of black discard spells for one mana which allow to choose the target card like good old Duress. How important is the drawback of 3 CMC / less limitation for a target card in current Standard metagame? I argue, that not so much.
