Shadowmoor queues went up the other day, and I never really got enough chances to draft it while it was "the thing." So I figured I'd take a short break from the Innistrad draft archetypes series with a short little break for a Shadowmoor draft. For the entertainment value of me flailing around and not knowing what I'm doing, I recorded it!

Just bear in mind while watching that I really have no idea what the correct picks are. I'd like to think I have a gist, because Magic is Magic and should follow similar rules (removal, card advantage, etc), but I know that I'll miss things that would be obvious to people who have drafted the format before. So please if you see something I do wrong, let me know in the comments so I can use it to improve my game.

Thanks a bunch, and enjoy.

So, that was a Shadowmoor draft. Is it better than Innistrad? No, not really, it doesn't seem to be as deep. But that's not a knock against Shadowmoor. I really enjoyed drafting the format; it's a different kind of draft format than most, so I suggest you take a look if that's your thing.

Apart from the fact that i hate watching videos when i want to read an article, where is the content?
Recording a random draft and writing up 3 lines of text doesn't seem that noteworthy.

I am sure you can do better.
