Even though red-white doesn't have as much synergy as some other color pairs in Shadows over Innistrad limited, it can still deliver quite the beating. This comes from the obvious aggressive inclinations of both colors in this format, as there's nothing better than a Voldaren Duelist to make sure opposing blockers can't stop your human army.

There's also the fact that werewolves, one of red's main tribes in the world of Innistrad, happen to enter the battlefield as humans, which can go a long way if you happen to draft the one worthwhile white human tribal card - Thalia's Lieutenant.

Most strategies for the color pair revolve around Nahiri's Machinations, a card that's really tough to deal with when you need to be blocking. In today's draft, even though I started red-white from the beginning, I didn't see a single copy of the fabled uncommon. Fortunately, I happened to stumble upon a certain other enchantment. Because if there's one thing better then turning Voldaren Duelists sideways, it's not having to turn them sideways at all - if you catch my drift.

That's all I have for today. I hope you enjoyed it, and see you soon.
