Dinosaurs and pirates may be the most talked about tribes in Ixalan, but the other two have been proving quite a treat for draft aficionados.

Merfolk is the favorite deck of a few people in the know. I've played against some pretty awesome merfolk decks too, but I can't really go in depth about the archetype, as I've yet to draft it myself (the combination of moving to another apartment plus Stardew Valley coming out on Nintendo Switch certainly doesn't help, as it means I've got way fewer drafts under my belt at this point than usual).

My own favorite, however, is vampires. Of the eight or so drafts I've played so far, fully half have featured the white-black bloodsuckers, and I've come to form pretty good ideas about what makes the archetype tick. This is precisely what I bring you today, so let's get to it!

That's all I have for today. I'll keep trying to get good drafts on the other archetypes on camera, and when I do, you'll hear all about it.

Thanks for reading/watching, and see you soon.

That was more like it. Vampire decks are definitely much funnier to see play than Dinosaur decks. Plenty of interactions and decision-making.
By the way, man, you should upgrade your PC, the wailing of that CPU fan is unsettling. :)
