Whatcha been playin’:

Paul: Made a 4c good stuff deck for Alchemy and went 3-1. Played a Mom Quick Draft and 2-3ed it. Brewed some WoE Standard format decks but left most of them on the drawing board, then made a UW Historic quest deck and did the whole quest in one game. Op was exceedingly patient considering how long the game was taking and finally when they saw there was no hope for them they conceded. They were at 62 life and dropping and I was at 320 life and climbing thanks to Soul Wardens and a soft Yorion, Sky Nomad Guardian of Ghirapur lock.

AJ:3-3 in MWM Alchemy, switching up my rotation-hit Sheoldred-Defiler of Dreams deck by removing Queza and adding a preponderance of Fae. A couple of good MOM drafts and a disconnection-crippled WOE draft. Bye-Win-Loss at the weekend apocalypse with Fluctuator Cycling Treefolk, using the forestcyclers to fetch cycling forests to double trigger Archfiend of Ifnir and Feast of Sanity, with Tilling Treefolk recurring cycling lands to hand and Ghoultree exploiting the full graveyard to do a commendable Death's Shadow impression. Outside of magic, a nostalgic Alpha Centauri run, and a little bit of progress on Wrath of the Righteous.
