Updated MM2015 Event schedule for Magic online: View article here. The meat and potatoes of the announcement is that a sealed event has been added, and MM2015 events, as well as booster sales, will now continue until July 8, instead of June 17.

Origins Spoilers Abound!

From Lee Sharpe’s article

This month, Magic Online officially becomes a teenager! Magic Online launched its first version back in June 2002. With the calendar very busy this month between Modern Masters 2015 Edition, the Dragons of Tarkir Championships, and the Modern Festival, we will instead be celebrating Magic Online’s birthday in July this year! In the lead up to a new set, we typically offer Legacy Cube, but since it’s time to celebrate, instead we’ll be offering Holiday Cube.

Instead of a Flashback offering this time alongside the Cube, we are offering Mirrodin Block Flashback Drafts before the Cube, as part of the Modern Festival. If players respond well to this change, we hope to offer Flashback and Cube at different times so players can enjoy both when each is available instead of forcing people to choose. The Swiss Cube payouts are unchanged. See the end of the article for the event details for the other two Cube Queues.

BTDubs, folks, the Mirrodin Flashback queues are phantom. Many on Twitter were outraged.

Interview with the incomparable, incorrigible, magnanimous Tony DiTerlizzi.

Random Gatherer Card o’ the Week:

Azorius First-Wing

Question of the Week:

Reddit, though now polarized over nonsense, had a question on the MTG thread that said, what tribe which has more or less been retired, would you like to see back?

Adam: Cephalids

AJ: Noggles: Red-Blue tribes always seem to get the short end of the stick

Whatcha been playin’:
AJ: Scarecrows! An old, beloved favourite of mine updated with a few new cards. The shenanigan core is Spreading Plague, a deliciously lethal card which already benefits from your tribe being colourless, but which really gets nasty with any one of Scuttlemutt, Scrapbasket or Reaper King, all of which can be sacrificed and recurred via Scarecrone as needed. Won the event!

Adam: Feldon of the Third Path in Commander, whom I absolutely love. Red Elementals and Snakes in Tribal; Edric green-blue weenies in Commander as well, and a bit of Vorosh unblockables in Commander.
