We have a preview card. The last couple preview cards we have seen have all been two casting cost non-creature cards and have been pretty good - remember whebn we previewed Disdainful Stroke. Is this two-mana noncreature card as good? I think so, but a simple click will let you decide for yourself.

A ton of News this week: MOCS and PTQs not returning before fall. MOCS rewards events, but only for those with 35 or more QPs. Vintage Masters is spoiled - and neither Wasteland nr Virtue's Ruin are in the set. We have another update on the Wide Beta client, and Leagues will involve adding packs over time. The lag is fixed (fingers crossed), but Courser is busted. All that, plus prices, deck tech and more just a click away.

Heirloom is a budget competitive constructed format on MTGO. It is a format that is cheaper than pauper but that allows all rarity types and includes over 7300 unique cards to build decks from. It has no narrow focus like tribal or highlander. This is the second Heirloom constructed article featuring many videos and many decklists. The article contains coverage of the first two Heirloom PREs and a highlight of great Heirloom players.
