Urza's Block is making its way online, so I decided to research the block's commons to see if there's any diamonds amongst the dirt. Today I'll talk about Saga, but I included a teaser for Legacy too. Check out what I found! Also included is a new "You Make the Play" puzzle! And cake! Lots of cake!

Urza's Block Sealed Events have finally arrived. The sealed format is interesting, provided you remember a few rules. For instance, Mark Rosewater's plan in this format was to make enchantments matter. (Seriously - some of the most broken cards were everything except enchantments, but one of Maro's plans was to include lots of important enchantments.) This format is all about 3/3s and Enchantments, and - well, read the article.

Ok, enough with the horses already! Really, I've got plenty now. You can stop sending them over, I don't have any more kingdoms to give out. Please! Today we examine the Legends from Portal: Three Kingdoms not online and decide if Huang Zhong, Zhang He, Zhang Liao, Zhao Zialong, Zhou You, and Zuo Ci are supposed to be actual magic cards or if someone just got all mad at America when printing this set, made up some really difficult "Z"-names, and printed them over some leftover draft commons.

Grand prix Brussels hasn't really changed anything to the format but there was an honorable mention for the allies deck.
